Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was in a secluded location exclusively for Hideaway guests, making it quiet and convenient. The rooms were very large and extremely comfortable, offering a great night's sleep, but the supervisors could have been more attentive. The dining experience was awesome, particularly the risotto, although some may find it pricier than expected.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated with just the right amount of comfort. However, dealing with mosquitoes and ants at times was a downside. The service, particularly from Butlers Monique, Rornel, Mitchell, and Abdullah at the Hideaway Lounge, was exceptional, catering to our needs promptly. The location, although exclusive for Hideaway guests, lacked proper supervision, unlike other clubs we've been to. While the dining experience was good, with famed USDA prime-aged steaks, the facilities were convenient but lacked attentive staff at times.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were comfortable, and the location offered exclusivity for Hideaway guests. However, the late-night entertainment might disrupt your peace, and the additional charges for minor services could be off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were supposed to be adjoining, which gave us more space during our 1-week stay from Feb 25 to March 4, Room 1008. The service, especially from Butlers Monique, Rornel, Mitchell, and the team at the Hideaway beach bar, was incredibly helpful, ensuring an exclusive experience. The location was fabulous, offering privacy and a bottle of rum at a reasonable price. The dining was awesome, especially the hot food items. Overall, a memorable experience with some minor downsides.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to various restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience could be improved with more breakfast options. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable. The price was reasonable, but the Wi-Fi had an additional charge.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The dining experience, while good, could have more variety in breakfast options. The facilities, especially the pool area, were well-maintained. The only downside was the lack of included Wi-Fi, which had an additional fee.
